Coupons for Troops FAQ

Everyone here at CouponCabin is so excited about Coupons for Troops, an initiative to provide members of the U.S. Armed Forces with coupons to use on military bases.

Read about the program and answers to frequently asked questions:

How does the program work?
It’s simple – send your coupons to one of the addresses below and we’ll take care of the rest!

ACTIVE COUPONS:
CouponCabin.com, Attn: Active Coupons, P.O. Box 231, Whiting, IN 46394-0231

EXPIRED COUPONS:
CouponCabin.com, Attn: Expired Coupons, P.O. Box 430, Whiting, IN 46394-0430

Can I really send expired coupons?
You sure can! Troops overseas can use expired coupons on military bases.

Can I send store coupons?
At this time, we can only accept manufacturer’s coupons that are valid for a specific product – like soup, toothpaste or pasta.

How long can a coupon be expired and still be eligible for the program?
We accept coupons that are up to 90 days expired. Of course, you can send valid coupons that will be expiring soon, too!

Are there certain types of coupons needed most?
Food supplies are the most important type of coupons troops need. Baby supplies and household goods are especially helpful, too.

Are there any exclusions?
Yes, the following types of coupons cannot be used: assistance vouchers, food stamps or the like, restaurant coupons, coupons printed from the Internet, or coupons from specific stores like Walmart, Walgreens or Target.

How else can I help?

Spread the word among your family and friends – the more coupons we collect, the better!

This Friday on our Facebook page, we’re observing Veterans Day by not posting any deals. Instead, we’re inviting our fans to honor service men and women with stories of bravery and hope. Please join us to show your support and honor your loved ones.
