I agree the fees are a lot, but not more than any other airline's fees. And for the person that said the only way to book online was to pay for a bag + priority boarding + choose your own seat...well, you may want to have someone help you with your computer - what you said is absolutely false.

great non-stop; friendly crew; comfortable seats; lots of extra fees, but worth it for a direct non-stop flight to small destinations...saves HOURS of layover time. Glad to have this airline.

I have flown allegiant many times and each time I kick myself for not paying an extra few bucks and flying someone else. As they seem to have the oldest planes around, The safety worries me, There is also the old planes very low fresh air turnover compared to new planes. What is the cost of getting sick just once because of that? Recently in addition to the pay for bagage (which i do not have an issue with), you have to pay about $20 for a carry-on! This in addition to paying for what seat you want, and there is another charge to do with seating, cant remember which.They did do away with the automatic shuttle charge of $15/person if you fly to vegas. (cost me $60 for 4 of us and the cab, $20, as I did not even know this was added on to the price). But the thing that really annoys me is their lie about being able to buy flights at the airport, to save the "convenience" fee you are charged each time you book. (per ticket of course, not / booking). Try to book a flight at an airport even during the times they say you can. I tried. Luckily the next counter over was Alaska air, for a far better airline, when allegiants fees added in, it was cheaper!

Quick flights, great prices. Seating is 1st come 1st serve saving you money but a little stressful if trying to sit with your group so pre-book to avoid confusion. Baggage p/u area is chaotic and unorganized but small price to save hundreds on flights.

Love the prices and the fights. Great service from regional airports. Sadly the customer service over the phone is not as helpful. Called to ask about the promo code availability and was curtly informed they don't have promo codes. It was as if giving a promo code came from her paycheck!

I am a frequent flyer and love to see Alleligant's low cost fees - especially the specials. But by the time I pay ALL the additional fees ($14.99 PER SEGMENT - PER PERSON), the $40 baggage fee, the security fees - even WITHOUT paying for Allegiant's priority boarding and seat assignment fees, I often end up paying more than I would for one of the larger airline tickets. Also, when I pay a baggage fee as well as a seat assignment and priority boarding (which is the only way I can check in on-line), I still
