Awesome vacuum, worth the extra cost. We've had the same one for over 5 years with very little problem. Customer service has been excellent.

Dyson.com, is The One Shop Stop Store where the "Customer," comes first, before the dollars' are ever collected. I've learned over the past sixty some years, a satisfied Customer will always return where they feel that they are the Best Customer to cross through the store's door way, on their search for that one product needed; and if they learn that dyson does not have the one product the Customer truly needs, the Sales Rep. will do their best to guide the Customer where they may locate their needed item.

I live in a very old house that has been undergoing major recontruction in the 3 years I have lived it it. I have chosen the Dyson over the ShopVac to clean up many messes because it does a better job!

I own 2 dysons and they are both excellent vacuums. Great with sand and even better for pet owners. I would not even consider a different brand of vacuum, Dyson is far superior. The company stands behind their product if customer has a problem, they try to help you or will replace parts as needed. Love Dyson!

I have severaldog's and I don't know what I would do without my dyson animal. LOVE it.

Not at all a fan. I've used two of their vacuums and fail to see the suction I do with a Eureka or Shark Vac. Overly expensive as well.

I love my Dyson! It's so lightweight, easy to handle and empty. I never realized how much dirt my old vacuum had left behind until I starting using my Dyson. Everyone should have one!

It's one of the lightest, most user friendly vacuums I've ever owned. The more I use it the more it cleans. just when I thought my floors were clean I find out that they are really nasty and dirty and iI use it ever day. I"m amazed by how much it still pics up on a daily basis. Great cleaning tool, Love it.

I don't have near enough suction on carpet that I need. I paid over $400 for this machine. Tried to talk to the co. to question the suction and received no help. Works good on hardwood floors. Every once in a while, I get a scratch line on the hardwood floors. Not happy with that. Love the hepa filter.

The 1st week we used our dyson we were disgusted -with the apparrent filth we had been living with! Every day our new dyson was full, we could not believe how much our old vaccume had been leaving behind, so very gross. The dyson picked up all that excess & now we have a full vaccume every 2 weeks -the dyson is wonderful!

I have given all my other vacuums away. There is no need to have any other brand in the house because Dyson is the only one I use.

I am a vacuum junkie. Have them lined up in the storage room like little soldiers. The Dyson is by far my favorite. I never believed anything would beat my Hoover Windtunnel but eating crow isn't all that bad. The Dyson (3 yrs now) is by far my favorite, Have developed spine problems and am so thankful for the easy way the Dyson is manuverable, so much easier on my back, a snap to empty, no bags to buy, what can I say - it's number 1 at my house.

i HAVE HAD THIS DYSON FOR A FEW YEARS. iT PICKS UP REALLY WELL...BUT IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO PUSH, EVEN FOR MY HUSBAND..tHE TOOLS SEEM TO BE HARD TO USE, AS THE ACCODIAN TUBING PULLS VACUMN CLEANER WHEN i AM CLEANING THE STAIRS THEN THE VACUMN TIPS OVER

Dyson is the best vaacuum I've ever purchased, it is very powerful & sturdy, plus it is long lasting- I've had it for almost 3 years and it has not let me down yet!

I love my Dyson Animal! I just got a puppy so it has come in handy to pick up all the dog hair and other messes he makes. The quality is better than any other vacuum I have ever owned. It was a bit expensive but I don't think I'll have to purchase another one for a very long time. Their warranty is a plus too!

I continue to be impressed with my Dyson after owning it for 3 years. It is everything I could hope a vacuum cleaner to be! Lightweight, easy to handle, very simple, and clean method to empty, and excellent suction. In fact, it's my most favorite household tool of any kind because it is so efficient and user friendly!

I love the mattress tool makes cleaning seem like less a chore!

I have the DYSON Animal vac and it is the abspolute best vacuum I have ever used! Also, Dyson customer service is wonderful! If I have any problem at all, they walk me through any steps necessary and stay with me on the phone until my problem is resolved. AWESOME!!! I cannot say enough about Dyson ..I wish all companies were even half as good!

The Dyson vacumn does not work on thick shag carpet. It gets stuck. I adjusted the height of the vacumn and still did not work. It was very hard to push on the thick carpet. It works great on all other floor surfaces and furniture but not on thick carpet.
