I love K. Garlic Soy Sauce--use it on fish, meat, poultry, especially in stir fry dishes. Limited availability sadly. Only Food Lion now in NC.

It's pretty simple, if you're using soy sauce that doesn't say "Kikkoman" on the side, it's not actually soy sauce. Nothing else comes close.

Things that brew: coffee, tea, storms, witches, and Kikkoman soy sauce, the only soy sauce that's brewed. This stuff is delicious. I get the low-salt variety and find that the rich soy taste is even richer.

I love that Kikkoman is made in WI. It's good soy sauce, for sure! I don't buy any other soy sauce.
