My wife and I will "go vegan" sometimes to get a better handle on our health, and without Quorn I'd probably fall victim to Chicken McNuggets or something. Quorn is a microprotein - don't read the Wikipedia page because it'll gross you out, but basically the bonds form between the proteins the same way they do in meat like chicken, and the result is pretty amazing. I don't know how they do it, but Quorn's frozen "Chik'n" nuggets taste better than any frozen supermarket actual chicken nuggets, and I defy anyone to tell that this isn't real chicken in a blind (or even sighted) taste test. We make sandwiches with the chik'n patties sometimes and they're really filling, high in vitamins, and nothing in them died screaming.
Quorn is a great meat free option. I am not a vegetarian but do enjoy some vegan products. I like their nuggets :)
I don't know what I would do if I could not find Quorn products in the stores. Love it!!
