I’ve been lucky enough to score a half gallon of this milk for $.59 about every three months at Meijer. Smart Balance will offer a $1.50 off coupon almost every three months and pair this with a store sale and store coupon for this higher priced milk which typically runs for about $3.50/half gallon.

I love smart balance. It is low calorie and much better for you than butter. I always get the one that has added flax seed in it!

This stuff is awesome. It can totally take the place of oil and butter in recipes and you can't tell at all!

I love Smart Balance because it's low-calorie and tastes pretty good. Some of the flavors are kind of gross but I love the olive oil one. It's worth sacrificing a little taste for less calories.
