On average, visitors spend 80 seconds on our site and save $19 per order. CouponCabin shoppers save an estimated $20 million every three months by using our site.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on CouponCabin?

Please ask our live chat associates for help finding offers from your favorite merchants by clicking the “Live Help” link at the top of any page, or email us at contact@couponcabin.com.

What do you think of this post?

Do I have to give CouponCabin my personal or banking information?

No. CouponCabin does not require visitors to register or share any personal information.

What do you think of this post?

Can I access information about my sales order(s) on CouponCabin?

Unfortunately, CouponCabin does not have any information about or control over your orders with our merchants. Please contact the merchants directly and they will assist you with order inquiries.

What do you think of this post?

Can discounts be combined or stacked?

Guidelines vary by merchant, so it’s best to check with them individually for details. Generally, most stores will only allow you to use one coupon per order, but you’re usually able to use a coupon multiple times for multiple orders. Coupons can usually be applied to sale prices and clearance center items, though exceptions may apply.

What do you think of this post?

What does “guaranteed to work” mean? What happens if a guaranteed coupon fails to activate?

“Guaranteed to Work” coupons are tested at least three times a week. Throughout our site, you’ll find these offers marked with gold stars.

If for some reason a guaranteed coupon doesn’t work, we’ll buy you dinner (before placing an order, please make sure your merchandise doesn’t fall under the merchant’s offer restrictions or exclusions).

If you meet the offer conditions and the discount was not applied to your order, forward your order confirmation email to claims@couponcabin.net within 24 hours and tell us which guaranteed coupon you clicked so we can verify the problem.

Once we verify the problem, we’ll email you a $25 gift certificate redeemable at Restaurant.com.

Visit http://www.couponcabin.com/couponcabin-guarantee/ for the complete details.

What do you think of this post?

I see some merchant pages include a feature called “CouponCabin Concierge.” What is that?

CouponCabin Concierge is a hub of useful information and links that appears on select merchant pages.

This courtesy section quickly informs shoppers of whether the merchant offers in-store returns, site-to-store pick up, international shipping and other sales policy information; and provides helpful links to the merchants’ online customer service, store locator, online order tracking, standard exclusions, social profiles and mobile apps.

What do you think of this post?

002 - Online Coupons

What are Online Coupons?

When you shop online, a retailer may ask you to enter an online coupon code at checkout. This code tells the merchant what discount you want to receive.

Online coupons (also called “promotional codes,” “promo codes,” “source codes,” or “coupon codes”) are valid exclusively for purchases placed over the Internet, and are not valid for in-store shopping, although many merchants have both an online presence and bricks-and-mortar stores.

What do you think of this post?

How do I find an Online Coupon on CouponCabin?

These codes are found under the Coupon Codes and Newsflash tabs. Browse these sections, search for codes by merchant name, or shop our special interest pages sorted by categories such as Women’s ApparelMen’s ApparelBaby, Kids and ToysElectronicsFlowers & GiftsHealth & BeautyKitchen & CookingPet Supplies and more.

You can also subscribe to our daily coupon newsletter or Top Coupons RSS feed to receive the best and newest coupon codes each day.

What do you think of this post?

How do I use an Online Coupon?

When you find a coupon you want to use, click on the provided link, shop at the merchant’s site as normal, and then enter the provided “coupon code” during checkout.

If a coupon code is not required, your savings will be automatically applied to your order. We suggest, however, that you always verify that your discount has been applied before finalizing your order.

Tip: When clicking an online coupon link, you’ll immediately be taken to the merchant’s site.

What do you think of this post?

What does “no code required” mean? Has my offer been applied?

While some coupons require you to enter a coupon code to be applied at checkout, many do not and are simply activated when you click on the link provided.

We identify these click-through discounts in their descriptions with phrases such as, ‘Just click & you will receive…’ to signify that such coupons are link-based. Any discounts associated with “No code Required” coupons will be activated when you click their links.

What do you think of this post?

I clicked through to an offer that advertised “up to 50 percent off,” but I received a lower percentage off on my final order. Why didn’t I receive the maximum discount advertised on my purchase?

When a merchant advertises a discount “up to” a certain amount, it is advertising the maximum amount of savings one could obtain on select discounted items; however, that is not the discounted price that is applied to every item included in the offer. Offers that advertise up to a certain percentage off may be clearance sales. Clearance sales differ from coupons because the discounts do not have a fixed value, so item discounts vary and the sales often exclude certain items completely.

What do you think of this post?

Why do some offers include the text, “Some exclusions apply; see site”?

It is very common for merchants to exclude a select product(s) or line from a given discount. If you are not in a hurry to purchase a particular item, we suggest you check back soon as the item could be included in future discount opportunities.

In some cases, there may be a threshold exclusion (i.e., you may not have spent enough to qualify for a particular discount).
