Manuel's Vintage Room is the vision of restaurateur Manuel Chavez, renowned for his outstanding food, impeccable service and vast wine knowledge. Leaving a string of successful establishments in Detroit, Manuel moved to Gainesville, Florida seeking warm weather and fresh challenges. The dynamic mixture of cultured locals and energetic university students proved an ideal atmosphere. His restaurant, Daniela's, quickly became a Gainesville favorite for its fine Italian cuisine.
