Thai Garden is an experience to behold. From its centerpiece aquarium of exotic fish, to the scent of fresh flowers and the sounds of Oriental music, diners get a lot of ambience for their money. The variety of exquisite food includes more than 20 appetizers and numerous tofu, chicken, prawn and beef dishes. Paprika-infused pad Thai, deep-fried boneless duck and gang gra ree-all are excellent choices from the 50-plus items on the menu. Be tempted by batter-fried bananas with coconut ice cream or sweet sticky rice with sliced mangoes.

Most sushi bars will give you the standard sushi rolls of the times, but go to Kobe and just tell Alex, the owner, to give you his specialties, and you will have a dining delight you will not find at any other sushi restaurant. Alex can provide you with fusion techniques (hot sauted garlic over snapper) or tempura fried Japanese mint leaves stuffed with uni that will combine flavors to create one unique experience. He will also tell you if any seafood is not right to eat that night... uni lovers will know what I mean.At other times, he will have specialties that have just come in that day. Trust his judgment...It is a small strip mall restaurant with a very personal feel. Alex has worked at several sushi restaurants in Utah and California and has enough of a following to open his own.
