Our desire to serve only the freshest seasonal local organic produce underlies everything we do. We are especially pleased to announce a partnership with beautiful Lindencroft Farm, owned and operated by Linda and Steven Butler. Linda will be growing specialty crops for our kitchen, and she and Sean are busy researching seed catalogs for ideas. And with the Santa Cruz Farmers Market only three blocks away, we are doubly blessed. Fresh vegetables and fruit from organic farms around Santa Cruz (Free Wheeling Farm, Route 1, and Dirty Girl Produce) are abundant on our menus.
