I love shopping at Nordstroms because it has so many great things to offer. I spend way too much in the shoe department everytime I go! I want to buy the whole department! While some are more expensive because they are made by top designers, I am always able to find clothes, shoes, and beauty items at a reasonable price. I also would like to note their awesome service! Yes, Nordstrom is a little bit more expensive than some other department stores. However that's because they carry some designers that a lot of the others don't. One of the best things I like about NORDSTROM is their ''Free Shipping'' policy. It makes it nice when you buy from NORDSTROM you know the real price of the item and not have the high cost of shipping added to your bill. If ever I want to splurge a bit, I typically head into Nordstrom to check out their skirt sections. They also have the best perfumes at the store by me and a wonderful staff that is really helpful about finding the right scent for me. I almost always walk away with free perfume samples too.

Nordstrom is the best. I have been an avid shopper there for years now. I end up spending so much time in the shoe department every time I go because they carry some of my favorite brands. I'm obsessed with their selection of Tory Burch shoes. I just bought an awesome pair of summer sandals.

On-line shopping is excellent. In store, if you're not dressed up, you are treated like something the cat dragged in. I've been ignored for other sales people-I've felt like I'm intruding on personal conversations just to get help. I've had excellent help-once.

I don't know what Nordstrom's you went to but I have been to Nordstrom's all over the country and the service has always been excellent.! I have also used the online service and have had to call to ask a question and the reps are always very polite and helpful!!

I've shopped there for decades. The main reason I shop there is their great selection of shoe sizes (I wear a 4m) and customer service in standing behind their products (though not perfect, when they mess up, they definitely make up for it).
