JCP is my favorite department store. Whether I'm shopping at the store or online, I always save a ton of money. I am literally shocked at some of the deals I've found. The website is easy to navigate and order off of. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful in the store as well. JCP will always be my go-to for affordable fashion.

I LOVE JCPenney's new pricing policy. The prices are great all the time now. I can't get to a store on a certain day between certain times for a special deal. And the prices are the same no matter how I pay. JCPenney is definitely my store to shop for everything when I need it---and even when I don't. Thanks JCPenney for no more games!

This store is great! It has an array of quality material in all shopping categories to choose from at reasonable prices for the entire family... something that can only be said about a few retail/dep't stores! Great promotions and discounts are available through coupon cabin even to those of us who are not JCP card holders!

JPC is one of my favorite sites to shop for my son. The merchandise ships quickly and is always packed well. I admit I do miss the 20% off coupons but they do seem to have adjusted prices so I still feel like I'm saving money.

I've been shopping at JCPenny's for years. I'm 40 years old and have been getting clothes there since I was a kid. However, I definitely do NOT like the new pricing system. To be honest, I preferred their sales and coupons. I always found better prices that way. Now unless what you want is on their special sale, you end up paying more. They made it sound like instead of coupons and sales, you'd get an average lower price on everything, but I don't find that to be the case. They've been in financial trouble for years, so I don't think they're doing anything to save customers more money now. Also they've messed around with the sizes on things like Men's underwear that had been the same for years. Their web site lacks size charts and information. I recently started to shop at Belk and found a lot of what I needed there, and found it on SALE.

Always find things for family; from mom to children. Love the sandals this year. Going to a necklace for my daughter's birthday

JCPenney is definitely not my favorite store, but they do have some clothes for really cheap. Ever since they put a Sephora in there I've found myself going more and more often. Recently I found a sundress for under 10 dollars. Couldn't believe it!

I go to jcp for cheap work clothes. They have polos and socks for way cheaper than other stores that I've been to. I'll go online to jcp.com to order them now that I know what I like.

JCP has really changed, and it has taken some time to get used to, but it is a good change. Great prices. I can always count on finding an affordable swimsuit.

I Love Jcp's dresses! I love to shop there and to just look around. It is a beautiful store; un-cluttered; and has lots of choices.

jcp has definitely changed big time. Ordering on line isn't the same. Colors are all xed out and limited to just a few. It seems that everything you pick up to buy in the store is $25. Really miss those coupons. Maybe not as often but the coupons made me shop more frequently.

Is it just me or has JC Penney really gone downhill lately? I feel like their stores are always a mess and their web site is so distracting and messy. I wish they would clean up their act a bit.

Black friday of this past year I was in the local jc penny store and noticed a recliner was discounted a large amount of money. I asked the clerk to order it and paid in cash. When it came in I picked it up at the store and got home it was the wrong recliner. I notifed the store asked for a refund and it took me three months to get my money. They even cheated me 116.00. Wont buy again

I have been a Very good customer of JCP since 1982. Since the new JCP has come around, I haven't bought one thing there. I still will buy my work pants there if I can ever get them. They are not at the store in my size and sold out on line.

Ads are hard to figure out, Pricing has gone downhill. Need to go back to the old way. Coupons always got me to shop at JCP. Haven't shopped there since they discontinued them.

JC Penney has gone completly down the tube, I use to do all my shopping there but since they have changed their line of clothing and pricing so I no longer shop there. Their line of clothes is terrible, use to buy all my jeans and sweaters here, but not anymore! Sad when a comany lets there most rated iems go and change everything.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. A recent trip to a JCP store indicates they are circling the drain. Shelves are not being restocked, bare displays, majority of merchandise is being restocked, customer flow poor. Bear in mind this was a major JCP store in Seattle, WA. Completely disappointed and disgusted with their lack of understanding as to who their customer is or what they want. Many brands they've carried for years are being discontinued. I advise anyone possessing JCP gift cards to use them immediately, as they will surely be worthless when this chain goes through Chapter 7 and then closes (think of Borders). My family has shopped here for years but I cannot patronize a store that is so out of touch with it's customers and so very non responsive to the public outcries over CEO Ron Johnson.
