Our Guide to 2026 BowFlex Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Voucher Code at BowFlex?

Find the Voucher Code box in the upper left of the Payment & Billing page at BowFlex. Enter your Voucher Code and click Apply to add it to your order.

• What should I know about BowFlex returns?

BowFlex allows shoppers to return products for a full refund or credit if they are not satisfied. To qualify, items must be in like-new condition with original packaging to avoid a potential handling fee of up to 20% of the item's cost. Shoppers will need to cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after approval. Be sure to get return authorization from BowFlex customer service, as unauthorized returns are not accepted. This policy is clear and fair but keep shipping costs in mind.

• How is shipping managed at BowFlex?

BowFlex provides several delivery options, including curbside, room of choice, and assembly services, but only within the contiguous US, excluding P.O. Boxes and military addresses. Orders typically ship within 5 days and require a signature upon weekday delivery. While free shipping is often available on many items and during promotions, shipping fees can vary, and extra charges may apply for deliveries involving stairs, so shoppers should review costs before purchasing.

• How does BowFlex handle cancellations?

BowFlex allows shoppers to request order cancellations by contacting customer service soon after placing an order, but cancellation is not guaranteed if the order is already being processed or shipped. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to fully process, so plan accordingly.

• Does BowFlex hold large sales during the year?

BowFlex frequently offers seasonal sales around major holidays like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Memorial Day, giving shoppers a chance to save up to $800 on select fitness equipment. Discounts often apply to popular items such as adjustable dumbbells, bikes, and treadmills, and some promotions may include free shipping, making these events a smart time to shop.

• Is Buy Now, Pay Later part of BowFlex's options?

BowFlex shoppers can take advantage of flexible Buy Now Pay Later options through Bread Pay, Zip, and Affirm, making it easier to budget for fitness equipment. While Bread Pay and Affirm require a credit check and may need a down payment, Zip splits your purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. Bread Pay offers longer-term financing up to 36 months with APRs from 0.00% to 34.99%, so check terms carefully to avoid high interest. These options can help you get the gear you want now and pay over time, but always review the terms to ensure the plan fits your budget.

• Does BowFlex offer price matching?

BowFlex offers a post-purchase price adjustment on products sold through BowFlex.com for up to one week from the order date. The refund covers the difference if the price drops on BowFlex.com during that period. Competitor and retailer price matching are excluded from this policy. Shoppers can contact BowFlex Care agents at 800-605-3369 to check whether an order qualifies.
