Where do I enter a Coupon Code on REI?
On REI, go to the Review Order Page with the header Review and Pay and find the Coupon Code box on the middle left under Apply a Coupon. Enter your Coupon Code and click Apply to add the savings to your order.
How do returns work at REI?
REI Co-op Members get up to a year to return most new items, even if gently used. Non-members have 90 days. Outdoor electronics must be returned within 90 days. Used gear bought online has a 30 day return window, but in-store used gear is final sale. All returns need proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are free, and manufacturing defects are covered.
Standard shipping is available. REI Co-op members get free shipping on all orders with no minimum. Non-members get free standard shipping on purchases of $60 and over. Orders under $60 for non-members do not qualify for free standard shipping.

You cannot use discounts on shop services, rentals, passes, tickets, and bulk sales. Excluded gear includes bicycles, bike trainers, snowshoes, strollers, kayaks, canoes, rafts, and paddle boards. Snow sports gear like skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings are also excluded. GPS devices, fitness trackers, and avalanche safety gear are also ineligible.
How does REI's rental program help with outdoor gear choices?
REI's rental program lets you test outdoor gear like tents and bikes before buying, helping you avoid spending on items you might not use much. Rentals are available at select REI locations with varying rates and gear options.
Trade in qualifying used gear before you shop. Re/Supply pays members 10% to 40% of the item's original price in an REI gift card, and mail-in trade-ins let you send up to 5 items for one flat shipping fee.
