Our review shows that multi-box discounts for first-time buyers are commonly promoted and typically require a promo code during checkout at Factor. Beyond these offers, Factor also provides savings opportunities for existing users, including a referral program and verified group discounts such as student and military pricing. While introductory deals remain the most visible and aggressive, these additional programs extend value past sign-up without establishing a constant cycle of sitewide markdowns.

Smart Shopping Tip
This offer stretches across many boxes, so set a reminder for Factor's weekly cancellation cutoff. Under Factor's cancellation policy, you can cancel anytime with no fee, but missing that cutoff still triggers the next charge.

Our Guide to 2026 Factor Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Factor?
Find the Promo Code box on the Checkout page under the Order Summary in the upper right on Factor75.com. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to add it to your order.
What should I know about returns at Factor?
Factor's return policy is fairly customer-friendly for meal delivery shoppers, allowing customers to contact support by phone if any meal or box is unsatisfactory. Subscription orders can be paused or canceled as long as support is contacted 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. While the process is not fully detailed and decisions are up to the company, the policy offers some reassurance for first-time customers.
Factor's shipping policy is generally reliable for shoppers in the contiguous US, using trusted third-party delivery services and aiming for delivery before 9 pm on the scheduled date. However, shipping costs and handling times are not specified, which may be a drawback for budget-conscious customers. Orders are only accepted from residents of eligible states, and food safety is a priority, with clear instructions to refrigerate meals immediately and contact support if issues arise.
Are there any special discounts available at Factor?
Students and recent graduates can access exclusive savings by verifying their status through Student Beans before subscribing. Eligible offers may include 55% off the first box, 15% off the next 51 boxes, and free shipping on the first box.
Factor's order cancellation policy is shopper-friendly, allowing you to cancel your subscription anytime with no fees, which is great for flexibility and savings. However, you must cancel before a specific weekly deadline to avoid being charged for your next box, so planning ahead is key. Cancellations are easy to process online, by phone, or email, but if you miss the deadline, you'll still be charged and receive the upcoming delivery, with the cancellation applying to future weeks. No refunds are given if you cancel after the cutoff, so be sure to act early. This policy is straightforward and transparent, making it easy for coupon-savvy shoppers to manage their subscriptions confidently.
Factor offers seasonal sales that can help shoppers save on healthy meal delivery, making it a smart choice for those looking to eat well without overspending. These promotions are especially valuable for new and returning customers seeking convenience and nutrition. Factor's deals are reliable and worth watching for anyone interested in meal kits.
