Our experience shows that Giordano’s emphasizes member-focused perks and targeted offers, with widely available discounts and promo codes also regularly offered. Promo codes appear through email outreach and on the website, not solely via loyalty engagement. The savings approach focuses on rewarding repeat diners and those enrolled in the G-Club loyalty program while also providing general promotions and sitewide deals.

Our Guide to 2026 Giordano's Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Coupon Code at Giordano's?
On the Giordano's Review & Payment page, find Apply Coupon Code at the bottom left. Enter your Coupon Code, click Apply, and confirm the discount updates your order.
What is Giordano's return policy?
Giordano's does not accept returns on shipped pizza because the product cannot be restocked or resold after delivery. Orders for pizza are treated as final sale items once they have been shipped. This return policy applies specifically to shipped frozen pizza products and reflects the store's no return practice for those items after fulfillment. If the product is damaged, however, contact ship@giordanos.com with photos of the order. Each inquiry is solved on a case-by-case basis.
What shipping guidelines does Giordano's offer on frozen pizzas?
Giordano's offers complimentary ground shipping on frozen pizza orders with delivery typically within 1-2 days, making it a convenient choice for pizza lovers shopping online. Orders ship Monday through Thursday via UPS or FedEx, but expedited or weekend shipping costs extra. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so customers should track their orders and retrieve packages quickly to keep pizzas frozen, ensuring a smooth experience for coupon shoppers.
Giordano's has a strict order cancellation policy that does not allow any cancellations or changes once your order is placed on giordanos.com. This means shoppers need to double-check all details before confirming a purchase. If you want to save on your order, look for available deals or discounts before you finalize your checkout.
Giordano's Club Gio loyalty program is a solid choice for regular customers looking to save on pizza orders. New members receive 25 bonus points in their account after joining, which can be used on delivery or carry-out orders. This program is a simple way to get extra value, making it worthwhile for anyone who orders from Giordano's. To get started earning points, members must download the app, connect a credit card, then order online or dine-in.
Check your location to see if the Lunch Special is offered. You can get a personal deep dish or thin crust pizza with a choice of the house salad, Caesar salad, cup of soup, or garlic fries for $10.99
If a qualifying order did not post, email your receipt to support@thanx.com. Club Gio can add points only when you were already a member at checkout, so this saves progress toward 300-point rewards.
For frozen pizza, choose the 6-Pizza Pack. This drops the price to $27.67 per pizza versus $44.99 in the 2-pack, and Giordano's marks that pack as a 38% savings.
