Our expert research uncovers frequent sitewide and category markdowns that do not require discount codes at Great Big Canvas, with discounts clearly featured on main pages and applied automatically at checkout. The store favors widely available price drops over event-driven or gated offers. Loyalty programs and member pricing are not a focus, as promotional access remains open to all shoppers, but there is a Trade Solutions program for professionals. Although sitewide discounts are often automatic, discount codes are also commonly promoted and accepted at checkout, forming a dual-track savings approach.

How does Great Big Canvas handle returns?
Great Big Canvas has a shopper-friendly return policy with a 30-day window for refunds or exchanges, and returns are always free without the hassle of mailing items back. Refunds go to your original payment method, minus shipping, while exchanges are given as store credit that includes shipping. Holiday shoppers get an extended return period, and there is a 365-day workmanship guarantee for exchanges if there are material or craftsmanship issues, making this a reliable choice for art buyers.
Great Big Canvas provides flexible shipping options with both Economy and Express choices. Delivery times are estimated at checkout, but custom prints may take longer. Larger orders of 20 or more may incur additional shipping fees. Orders are processed promptly and cannot be delayed for future shipment, making this policy straightforward and shopper-friendly.
What is Great Big Canvas' order cancellation policy?
Great Big Canvas offers a straightforward order cancellation policy that lets you cancel any order before it ships by contacting customer service, which is a shopper-friendly feature. However, cancellations are only possible before shipping, and the store may also cancel orders for reasons like stock limits or pricing errors. For professional subscriptions, you can cancel anytime but won't get a refund for the current period, though you keep access until it ends. If Great Big Canvas ends your subscription, you'll receive a pro-rata refund, making the policy fair and transparent for most shoppers.
Great Big Canvas is a reliable destination for art lovers looking to save, with frequent annual sales and promotions that make it easy to find deals. Shoppers can expect major discounts during events like Black Friday, Spring, and Summer Sales, often reaching up to 50% off, and regular coupon offers sometimes go as high as 65% off, making it a smart choice for affordable wall art.
Does Great Big Canvas provide pay-over-time options?
Great Big Canvas allows qualifying purchases to be paid through PayPal Pay in 4. The first installment equals 25% of the order total and is collected when the purchase is completed. PayPal then processes the remaining 3 interest-free payments automatically, allowing the balance to be paid over the applicable installment period.
