Our Guide to 2026 JTV Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promo Code on JTV?

On JTV, go to the Your Shopping Bag Page and find the Promo Code box in the bottom left under Discounts & Promotions. Click Use a Promotion/Referral Code, enter the Promo Code, and click Apply to add the savings to the order.

• How do returns work at JTV?

JTV offers a fairly standard return policy, giving shoppers 30 days from receipt to return items in original condition for a refund or exchange, which is helpful for those who want to shop with confidence. However, returns after 30 days may incur a 25% restocking fee and are only accepted at JTV's discretion, which could be a drawback. Shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping costs are deducted if you use their label, so factor these costs into your purchase decision.

• Can you explain JTV's shipping rules?

JTV ships most standard orders in 1-5 business days, and transit takes 1-5 business days. Free standard shipping applies to online orders of $99 or more. Otherwise, a standard $4.99 shipping charge per item shows at checkout. JTV uses USPS and UPS, and service covers the US.

• How are cancellations managed at JTV?

JTV gives shoppers flexibility to cancel orders for any reason as long as the order has not entered the fulfillment process. To cancel, you must contact the Customer Experience Team by phone or use the chat feature and provide your order number from your confirmation email. Cancellations cannot be done online, and once the order is being fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. This policy helps shoppers act quickly if they change their mind before the order is processed.
