Lens.com accepts returns within 30 days for contact lenses that are unopened, in their original packaging, and with the factory seal intact. Custom-made lenses are not returnable. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit is issued. Keep the boxes sealed to meet the condition rules. Only contact lenses that remain unopened and in the original packaging qualify within the 30-day window. Items that do not meet these exact requirements are not eligible for return.
