What we typically see at Lively is a pattern of sitewide and category-spanning discounts, with promotional codes often featured right on the homepage or banners. Bundle pricing is available as a regular incentive, rewarding shoppers who purchase multiple items together. Lively also encourages email sign-ups by providing new subscribers with a discount code, reinforcing a straightforward approach to savings that does not hinge on loyalty programs.

Our Guide to 2026 Lively Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a promotion code on Lively?
On the Checkout page, find the Promotion Code box in the upper right under Your cart. Enter the code and click Apply to apply the discount to the order.
What return guidelines does Lively have?
Lively provides a transparent 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a refund when devices are returned in original, like-new condition and within strict usage limits for minutes, data, and texts. Activation and shipping fees may be nonrefundable, and returns require prior authorization. Refunds are issued after inspection, ensuring clear, responsible consumer protections.
Lively offers shoppers a solid shipping policy with free standard shipping on orders over $25, making it appealing for budget-conscious buyers. They also provide expedited and overnight delivery options for an added fee. Shipping is available within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, but they do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Processing is typically quick, though occasional delays may occur.
Lively's order cancellation policy is not very flexible, which shoppers should consider before making a purchase. For senior service plans, you can cancel by phone or online, but the cancellation only takes effect at the end of your billing cycle and you won't get a partial refund if you cancel mid-month. For product orders, modifications or cancellations are rarely possible due to fast processing, though you can try contacting support. This policy means you should be sure of your order before completing your purchase, as changes and refunds are limited.
Lively offers Shop Pay so shoppers can split purchases into 4 interest-free payments made every two weeks, making it easier to manage budgets. Approval is quick and requirements are simple, but a US address and card are required. This is a convenient option for those who want to shop now and pay over time.

Shopping Tips for Lively Shoppers
How can I get additional discounts at Lively?
Lively offers shoppers solid value with frequent promotions, like 60% off various phone models and affordable monthly plans starting at $14.99 for flip phones and $19.99 for smartphones, making it a smart choice for seniors seeking budget-friendly phone services.
Activate online instead of by phone. New customers get $10 off the $35 activation fee, and the activation service fee is $3.39 online versus $4.75 by phone.
If your household needs more than one line, call 1-800-397-0588 for a Family Share Plan. Lively takes $5 off 2 basic lines, up to $20 off 5, and unlimited-data lines can cut $10 to $40 off the total bill.
Join Lively's email list before placing an order. The sign-up offer gives free economy shipping with no minimum, so you can skip shipping charges without adding filler items.
