We tend to see NordicTrack favoring category-specific and general markdowns that show up right on the homepage and product pages, often as percent-off savings or bundled extras. Promo codes are occasionally part of the mix, with discounts applied automatically instead. Financing offers pop up frequently as another incentive. Banners refresh often, keeping a sense of urgency while maintaining a steady flow of deals. iFIT members can access special discounts through the store.

Our Guide to 2026 NordicTrack Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at NordicTrack?
Find the Promo Code box in the middle right of My Cart on NordicTrack. Enter your Promo Code and click APPLY to apply it to your order.
What is NordicTrack's return policy?
NordicTrack's return policy gives shoppers 30 days from delivery to return items, but returns must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Be aware that returning a product can be costly, as you'll pay a non-refundable $250 shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 days after NordicTrack receives your return. Warranty coverage is solid but varies by product, so review details before you buy.
NordicTrack requires a customer signature for all non-UPS deliveries, and the carrier will call before delivery with up to three contact attempts. If contact is not completed after three attempts, the machine may be returned to the warehouse, and return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee may apply. Internet orders cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes. Standard Delivery brings the product to a location without stairs or assembly, while White Glove Delivery offers room placement, assembly, and packaging removal where available.
NordicTrack provides a valuable 5% discount for educators, military members, and medical personnel, making it a great option for those in these professions looking to save on fitness equipment. Eligibility is verified through trusted platforms like GovX ID, ensuring a secure process. This exclusive offer applies to the whole order and is limited to one use per customer, making it a worthwhile benefit for eligible shoppers.
NordicTrack's order cancellation policy is strict, as shoppers cannot cancel orders without paying return shipping and processing fees once the product has shipped. While iFIT yearly memberships are refundable if canceled within 30 days, monthly memberships are usually non-refundable. Canceling iFIT requires contacting their website or customer service. This policy may not be ideal for those seeking flexible cancellations, so review terms carefully before purchasing.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later part of NordicTrack's options?
NordicTrack shoppers can benefit from flexible buy now, pay later financing through their own NordicTrack Financing program as well as Affirm and Klarna. If you choose to finance directly with NordicTrack, a 0% APR is offered for 12 or 39 months to qualifying customers, making it easier to budget for fitness equipment. However, if you do not qualify for promotional rates, a high APR of 29.99% applies. Approval depends on credit, age, and citizenship, but there is usually no minimum purchase or down payment required. Affirm offers interest-free payments to qualifying customers over a possible 18, 24, or 36 months, but interest rates could be as high as 36% depending on eligibility. Klarna offers four interest-free payments every 2 weeks or interest-free monthly payments up to 24 months to qualifying customers, but interest rates could be as high as 33.99% depending on your credit.

Does NordicTrack offer credit card options?
NordicTrack shoppers can benefit from financing with the Fortiva Retail Credit with accounts issued by The Bank of Missouri, which offers a reusable line of credit and promotional 0% APR for select periods on qualifying purchases. The regular APR is high at 29.99% for non-promotional balances.
What iFIT membership discounts does NordicTrack offer?
NordicTrack discounts longer iFIT Pro terms compared to paying month to month. Savings tiers can reach up to 36% off on multi-year plans, with smaller discounts on shorter terms. Monthly plans are available at the standard $39 monthly rate.
NordicTrack accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but keep in mind that each return includes a $250 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking charge.
