Based on our experience, we see regular use of available discounts at Overtone, with promotional codes advertised through email, seasonal events, and recurring offers. The Color Club loyalty program with perks like email sign-up and subscription discounts is available, and markdowns tend to be modest when they do appear. Overtone's savings activity remains measured, with some recurring patterns emerging from ongoing observation.

Our Guide to 2026 Overtone Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my Overtone discount code?
Enter your code in the Discount Code box that appears in the popup on Overtone during checkout. Click Apply to ensure your discount is applied before completing your purchase.
Can you explain Overtone's return rules?
Overtone's return policy is shopper-friendly, especially for first-time buyers thanks to their First-Time-Try Guarantee, which shows confidence in their products. For regular orders, you have 15 days to request a refund and up to 60 days for store credit, giving you flexibility if you change your mind. Keep in mind that only purchases from Overtone.co qualify and original shipping costs are not refunded unless it's their error. A $5.95 fee may apply for returns due to personal reasons.
Overtone offers reliable shipping across the US, its territories, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada, making it accessible for most shoppers. Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery times are reasonable. Free US shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, which is a great perk for coupon hunters, while smaller orders incur a modest fee. International customers should note that shipping costs and any duties or taxes are their responsibility.
Overtone's order cancellation policy is strict, as most orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, which may be inconvenient for shoppers who change their minds. However, subscription customers have more flexibility, with options to cancel before the next charge date or pause their subscription for up to 45 days. For any account or order issues, customer support is available via email. This policy is important to consider when shopping for hair color products, especially if you value flexibility in your online purchases.
Overtone frequently offers seasonal sales and promotions, making it a smart choice for shoppers looking to save on hair color products. Discounts can range from sitewide percentages off, like 20% or 25%, to special deals on select items. Perks such as free shipping or free gifts often apply automatically, so you can maximize savings without needing special codes.
Does Overtone support Buy Now, Pay Later?
At Overtone, Afterpay lets shoppers use Buy Now, Pay Later for hair color products. Instead of paying the full purchase price at checkout, you can divide it into four payments and pay over time.
Shopping Tips for Overtone Shoppers
How can I get a coupon from Overtone?
Sign up for the Overtone email list to get a 15% welcome coupon.
Save with Overtone Hair Sets and Healthy Colored Duo bundles. Shoppers can build a hair ritual with tiered savings, including buy 2 get 10% off, buy 3 get 15% off, and buy 4 get 20% off.
Use Refer a Friend before a friend's first order. Your friend gets $5 off, and each successful referral gives you 50 Color Club points, which is enough for Overtone's $5 reward tier on your next one-time purchase.
