Our Guide to 2026 Sheet Music Plus Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Sheet Music Plus?
On the Review Order Page, find the Promo Code field in the bottom right. Enter your code to apply savings to your order.
What return guidelines does Sheet Music Plus have?
Sheet Music Plus offers a straightforward return policy that allows shoppers to return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, making it easy to shop with confidence. However, digital downloads, opened software, and certain items are not eligible for return, which is important for buyers to note. While exchanges are not available, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 10 business days, providing a reliable shopping experience for music enthusiasts.
Sheet Music Plus offers a range of domestic options, with costs based on order weight and a handling fee added at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, but all are estimates and do not include processing time or guarantee weekend delivery. While the flexibility is good for shoppers looking for different speeds, be aware that actual delivery may take longer than expected.
What's the procedure to cancel at Sheet Music Plus?
Sheet Music Plus offers shoppers a flexible digital order cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel digital sheet music orders online within seven days as long as you haven't downloaded or used the product. If there is evidence of use or abuse, the cancellation can be denied. If you miss this window or need help with other types of orders, customer service is available. There are no clear details on cancellation fees.
Sheet Music Plus offers shoppers great opportunities to save with their "Sheet Music on Sale" section, where discounts can reach up to 40%. The site regularly features promotions and exclusive deals, especially for email subscribers, making it a smart choice for music lovers looking for value and variety on top-selling sheet music.
Does Sheet Music Plus offer price matching?
Sheet Music Plus does not provide price protection or refunds when an item's price drops after purchase or when a later promotional offer becomes available. If you buy an item and the price changes afterward, the original purchase price remains in effect. Later discounts and promotions do not create eligibility for a refund, credit, or price adjustment on an earlier order.
What is the Easy Rebates program at Sheet Music Plus?
Easy Rebates is ideal for music teachers, choir directors and college music students. Members earn 8% back on purchases and referrals, plus referral bonuses and exclusive offers, with rebates paid as gift certificates after reaching a minimum.
What is the minimum payout for Sheet Music Plus Easy Rebates?
You must earn at least $50 in eligible rebates before Sheet Music Plus issues payment. Once you reach this amount, the rebate is automatically provided as a gift certificate for future use.
