We repeatedly find that loyalty-based discounts and rewards through the Skechers Plus program are the primary savings route, with discount codes arising for email sign-ups, special events, or targeted sales. General markdowns and automatic discounts appear less frequently and do not follow a set pattern. Skechers keeps sales measured, focusing more on rewarding its members than on regular sitewide promotions.

Our Guide to 2026 Skechers Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code on Skechers?
On Skechers, go to the Shopping Cart with the header Shopping Cart and find the Promo Code box in the upper right under Have a Promo Code, Gift Card? Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to add the savings to your order.
What return guidelines does Skechers have?
Skechers offers a shopper-friendly return policy, giving customers 45 days to return unworn or defective items, with Skechers Plus members enjoying an extended 90-day window. Returns are easy and free with a UPS label for most U.S. locations, and you can also return online orders in-store at no cost. Items must be in original condition with tags and a receipt. Refunds go to your original payment method, but shipping fees are not refunded. Some payment methods may require mail returns for a full refund.
Skechers provides shoppers with flexible shipping options across the U.S., including all states, P.O. boxes, and military addresses, which is a big plus for convenience. Standard shipping is free for Skechers Plus members, and has a flat $9.95 fee for all non-member orders, making it easy to save on delivery. Express shipping is available for a flat fee, though it excludes P.O. boxes and certain addresses. Orders usually ship quickly within a few days. Overall, Skechers' shipping policy is reliable and cost-effective for most U.S. shoppers, especially those looking for free shipping deals.
Skechers provides a generous 10% off stackable discount for Military, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, Students, and Teachers, making it a great way to save. Shoppers must verify eligibility, usually through ID.me, and the offer is limited to select items online.
Skechers orders must be canceled immediately after being placed, and cancellations are not guaranteed, so act fast. For store pickup items that are not collected, an automatic cancellation and refund will occur after three days. Refunds usually issue in 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
Skechers Plus is a free loyalty program that rewards shoppers with points for purchases and online activity, which can be redeemed for $5 rewards. Members enjoy perks like free shipping, longer return windows, exclusive deals, and a faster checkout experience. With Silver and Gold tiers based on yearly spending, frequent shoppers can unlock even more benefits, making it a solid choice for regular Skechers customers.
Skechers frequently runs seasonal sales like the Summer Sale, offering shoppers up to 30% off select styles, with Skechers Plus members enjoying extra savings. These promotions are often online-only and may exclude some styles or collaborations. While the deals are appealing, shoppers should review terms as offers cannot always be combined.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later available at Skechers?
Skechers offers Buy Now Pay Later options like Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal, letting shoppers split purchases into four interest-free payments over six weeks with automatic payments every two weeks. These services are generally easy to use, have no added fees if paid on time, and often do not require strong credit, making them a flexible and budget-friendly way to shop for Skechers deals.
What items are excluded from Skechers promotions?
Promotional offers and discount codes do not apply to sale items unless a specific offer states otherwise. Standard exclusions for most deals include gift cards, clearance or sale styles, and select accessories. These promotional restrictions can change at any time without prior notice, so it is important to check the specific terms of each coupon before attempting to apply it to your purchase.
New Skechers email and text subscribers receive a 20% off coupon valid on a next order. Subscription also provides early access to new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and exclusive deals.
What are the benefits of downloading the Skechers app?
Access exclusive discounts, bonus reward offers, and a 500-point download bonus by downloading the Skechers mobile app. This gets you halfway to the $5 reward at 1,000 points.
Wait 24-72 hours, then email info@sketchers.com within 60 days of purchase with your receipt or order details. Recovering missed points can push you to the next 1,000-point step for a $5 reward certificate.
