Our Guide to 2026 Stanley Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code at Stanley?

On the Checkout page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter the code and select Apply to add it to the order.

• How do returns work at Stanley?

Stanley's return policy is fairly standard, giving shoppers 30 days from delivery to return unused and undamaged items bought directly from their website, which is helpful if you change your mind. However, you can't return customized products or anything bought from another retailer, so keep that in mind before purchasing. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless there's a warranty issue or shipping error. Refunds go back to your original payment method, but processing times may vary.

• What is Stanley's shipping procedure?

Stanley's shipping policy is clear and only offers UPS Ground shipping with estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days, but that may be delayed during inclement weather, holidays, or sales events.

• What are the rules for canceling at Stanley?

Stanley has a strict order cancellation policy that shoppers should be aware of before making a purchase. Once you place an order, it is processed right away and generally cannot be changed or canceled, especially for customized products, which are never eligible for cancellation. If you need to cancel, you must contact customer support immediately, but approval is not guaranteed. If your cancellation is accepted, refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear on your next billing cycle. This policy means shoppers should double-check their orders before checkout, as flexibility is limited.

• Is a loyalty program available at Stanley?

The Stanley Club loyalty program is a solid choice for frequent shoppers, offering free membership and a variety of exclusive perks like early access to sales, special events, and birthday gifts. While you earn points for purchases and activities, these points mainly unlock higher-tier statuses rather than direct rewards. Benefits are appealing, but note that points and status expire after a year, so consistent shopping is key.

• Does Stanley offer major sales events?

Stanley regularly offers shoppers discounts on select products through their Sale section, with clearance items sometimes reaching up to 50% off. While major events like Black Friday are not guaranteed, signing up for the newsletter or joining the Stanley Club can provide early sale alerts and exclusive access. Note that some popular items may be excluded from promotions.

• Is there a Buy Now, Pay Later plan through Stanley?

Stanley offers convenient buy now, pay later options through Shop Pay, allowing shoppers to split their purchase into four interest-free payments every two weeks. Approval won't affect your credit score, and there are no late fees, making it easier to budget for quality gear without paying the full amount upfront.

• What items are excluded from Stanley discount codes?

Discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to customized items, sale merchandise, or clearance products. All orders placed through the Stanley Create program are also completely ineligible for any promotions or discounts. Additionally, certain select products outside of these categories may be excluded from discount eligibility. These exclusions apply to all promotional codes, meaning savings cannot be combined with already marked-down items or personalized orders.
