Missed Subway points can still be recovered. Submit a Missing Transaction request within 30 days using the receipt, or register and link a physical gift card within 48 hours if it was used before connecting to the account.
Make sure your Sub Club account has activity at least once every 6 months. Earning points or redeeming a reward resets the expiration clock for all points.
Redeem Subway Cash in $2 chunks that fit the subtotal. Every 400 points equals $2, and any amount above the bill is forfeited, though online orders can use up to $50.
