We observe that Tory Burch runs periodic sales events, including seasonal promotions such as semi-annual and private sales, where select items receive marked-down pricing. Outside of these events, Tory Burch favors controlled, product-level markdowns over broad sitewide discounts. Promo codes may be available at times but are not consistently featured. Loyalty programs or member-only pricing are not prominently integrated into the shopping experience. Promotional emails may highlight limited-time offers, though these typically focus on specific collections rather than sweeping sitewide deals.

Our Guide to 2026 Tory Burch Shopping Policies
Where do I apply a Promo Code on Tory Burch?
On the Shopping Bag page at Tory Burch, find the Promo Code box in the upper right. Enter your Promo Code, click Apply, and confirm the savings appear before checkout.
What is the return policy at Tory Burch?
New, unused items with a receipt can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns are free, with a prepaid shipping label provided. Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as an eGift Card, typically within 14 business days.
Tory Burch offers free standard shipping within the continental US, making it a great value for most shoppers, with delivery in about 4 to 6 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee if you need your order faster, but costs can add up. Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes or military addresses, and there are restrictions on fragrances and pre-orders to certain locations. Processing times are generally quick, but carrier delays can occur. Overall, the policy is straightforward and convenient for most US customers, but shoppers outside the continental US or needing special delivery options should review restrictions before purchasing.
Tory Burch maintains a strict order cancellation policy, allowing just 30 minutes after an order is placed to request a cancellation. Cancellations must be made by phone, and changes or additions to orders are not permitted. This short window makes reviewing the cart carefully before checkout especially important.
Tory Burch seasonal sales offer shoppers a great chance to save on luxury handbags, shoes, and accessories. These events typically feature significant discounts on popular styles, making it a smart time to shop for quality designer items. Shoppers can expect reliable deals and a wide selection, making these sales a trusted opportunity for fashion savings.
Does Tory Burch support Buy Now, Pay Later?
Tory Burch shoppers can choose Afterpay as a Buy Now, Pay Later option to spread the price of a luxury fashion purchase over multiple payments instead of paying in full upfront. This may help with budgeting. Review the plan terms and keep up with scheduled payments to avoid possible extra fees.
Are price match or adjustment policies available at Tory Burch?
Tory Burch offers a shopper-friendly price adjustment policy on full-price items that are marked down within 7 days of purchase. The brand will also price match authorized retailers for the exact same item currently in stock, excluding limited-time sales and promotional or private sale events. Requests must be submitted to Client Services with the order number.
Joining the Tory Burch email list provides a 15% welcome discount on a first order of $225 or more. Members also receive early access to seasonal sales, special promotions, and product launches.
Select Tory Burch locations offer complimentary tailoring, so you can get free adjustments done without paying for separate alterations. Check the local store page for this service.
