TUSHY commonly uses category-specific and sitewide promotions, with discounts often made readily available to shoppers through promotional codes and other visible offers. Bundle pricing is also used to encourage multi-item purchases by providing additional value. TUSHY’s current loyalty program, The Spray Society, allows members to earn points through purchases, referrals, social engagement, and other activities, which can then be redeemed for discounts and products.

Our Guide to 2026 TUSHY Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my TUSHY Discount Code?
At TUSHY, find the Discount Code box in the upper right of the Checkout Page. Enter the code and click Apply to redeem the discount on the order.
Can you explain TUSHY's return rules?
TUSHY offers a standard return policy that allows shoppers to return unopened bidets within 30 days, with all returns issued as digital merchandise credit rather than refunds. A 10% restocking fee and shipping are deducted, and the credit is sent after the item is received and inspected, usually within seven to ten business days. Credits are valid for 5 years, adding flexibility for future purchases.
TUSHY provides free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous US, and orders are typically handled by trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx. Orders typically ship within 1 business day, and take between 3-10 days for delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
TUSHY's order cancellation policy is strict since orders are processed quickly, but the company does allow a 60-minute window to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. After the 60-minute window passes, cancellations are not guaranteed and shoppers must act fast by contacting chat support. However, bamboo product subscriptions offer more flexibility, allowing cancellation anytime through an account or email, with a helpful 3-day advance reminder before the next order.
TUSHY's The Spray Society rewards program is a solid choice for shoppers looking to save money on future purchases. Members earn points through simple activities, which can be redeemed for discounts or free items, making it easy to get more value from orders. The program also offers exclusive deals, plus a 10% discount for new newsletter subscribers, making it worthwhile for regular TUSHY shoppers.
TUSHY regularly offers seasonal sales for major U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving, Presidents' Day, Christmas, Memorial Day, and Labor Day, making it a smart time for shoppers to save. Black Friday and Cyber Monday often feature up to 20% off, and additional deals include $30 off during Cyber Week, bundle savings, and discounts on larger orders. These promotions provide real value for customers looking to upgrade their bathroom essentials, so checking TUSHY's site during holiday events is a reliable way to find worthwhile deals.
Shopping Tip for TUSHY Shoppers
How can I get free products from TUSHY?
You can join the Spray Society to rack up points as you shop. For every purchase you make, you earn 3% back in Porcelain Points. You can use those points to get discounts on orders, or cash them in for rewards like TUSHY products or swag.
