In our experience, we see Urban Decay prefer category and sitewide deals, often promoted through homepage banners and on-site codes. Promo codes for percent-off savings show up directly on the site and are applied at checkout. Loyalty perks, including member-only discounts and point-based rewards, are available through the UD Rewards loyalty program. Clearance and last chance sections update frequently, showing a pattern of ongoing markdowns. The Auto-Replenishment program and email list provides further savings.

Our Guide to 2026 Urban Decay Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Urban Decay?
On the Shopping Cart page, find Add a promo code in the upper right of the page. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
How does Urban Decay handle returns?
Urban Decay's return policy is fairly standard and straightforward, making it easy for shoppers to understand. Returns are accepted only for items bought directly from urbandecay.com, not from other retailers or stores, and must be made within 30 days. Products should be in original packaging with a receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, but using their prepaid label costs $5, deducted from your refund. Final sale items, gifts, and e-gift cards are not returnable.
Urban Decay offers free shipping perks for loyalty members and charges a reasonable $5 flat rate for standard shipping on other orders, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious beauty shoppers. Shipping is limited to the US, including APO/FPO and territories. Delivery times vary, especially for remote areas, and processing can take up to four days. Urban Decay does not guarantee delivery dates, so plan ahead for special occasions.
Urban Decay allows shoppers to cancel orders only within a very short window right after placing them, so quick action is essential. To try to cancel an order, you must use the order history section in your account or contact customer service immediately. Once the brief cancellation window closes, orders cannot be canceled.
Urban Decay's UD Rewards loyalty program is a solid choice for frequent shoppers, offering points for every dollar spent, birthday gifts, early access to new and exclusive products, and better perks like free shipping and private sales as you move up tiers. Points do expire after a year, so regular shopping is needed to maximize value.
Does Urban Decay hold large sales during the year?
Urban Decay's official website highlights the return of its Black Friday Sale and invites shoppers to sign up for alerts, making it easy to stay updated on major discounts. Regular promotions like 25% off sitewide are found in the Sale and Offers sections, but all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, so shop carefully before purchasing.
Does Urban Decay offer buy now, pay later options at checkout?
Urban Decay makes shopping easier with Installments by Afterpay, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free payments due every two weeks, starting at checkout. This flexible payment option is only available for eligible orders placed directly on UrbanDecay.com.
