In our experience, we find that Auntie Anne's leans into loyalty rewards through its Auntie Anne's Rewards program and mobile app, offering exclusive deals to registered users. Coupon codes and basic sitewide sales remain uncommon, with savings activity largely focused on app engagement. This approach centers discounts around digital loyalty rather than open-access markdowns, shaping a pattern where app users see the bulk of available offers.
