If a shopper is unsatisfied with a product bought from See's or an authorized seller, the company says it will provide either a refund or a free replacement. To qualify, the request must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. The policy covers both refunds and exchanges for eligible candy purchases.
See's Candies offers shipping across the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and military addresses. The shipping total is based on the amount spent and the delivery method. Deliveries take up to 6 business days, and special heat-safe shipping is available during warmer months to protect treats. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, and APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, rates must be requested by phone, and those destinations are excluded from free shipping.
