Our findings show that Bluemercury rarely features sitewide discounts and instead highlights loyalty-driven perks for its BlueRewards members, including tiered rewards and early access to select deals. While promo codes and broad markdowns are not a consistent feature, the brand does run periodic and usually selective promotional events. Free shipping minimums and samples with orders appear as persistent value adds. The store's promotional style favors exclusive, member-focused incentives over frequent public markdowns.

Our Guide to 2026 Bluemercury Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code on Bluemercury?
On the Checkout page at Bluemercury, find the Discount Code field in the upper right of the screen. Enter your Discount Code, click Apply, and confirm the discount is applied before continuing checkout.
What's Bluemercury's return process?
Bluemercury offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a generous 90-day window for returns and exchanges, making it easy to shop beauty and skincare with confidence. Returns are free, and you can use a prepaid label for mail returns or simply visit a store. Refunds are flexible, going back to your original payment method or as a gift card, though after 90 days, only gift cards are given. Exchanges must be handled in-store, and samples are yours to keep, adding extra value for beauty enthusiasts.
Bluemercury ships within the U.S. only. Standard shipping is offered, and orders are processed quickly on business days, though busy seasons can slow timelines. BlueRewards members get free standard shipping. Non-members receive free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Bluemercury's order cancellation policy is fairly standard but not the most flexible for shoppers who change their minds. Once your order is being prepared or shipped, you cannot cancel or modify it, but you can return items for free using a prepaid label or in-store. Refunds are usually processed within a week. This policy is reliable and straightforward, though not ideal for last-minute changes.
Bluemercury's BlueRewards loyalty program is a solid choice for beauty shoppers, offering free membership and perks like a $10 Beauty Card for every $250 spent, free shipping, and exclusive member offers. The tiered system rewards higher spenders with extra benefits, but rewards are issued quarterly and have a 30-day redemption window, so shoppers should plan purchases to maximize value.
Are large sales events part of Bluemercury's offerings?
Bluemercury offers shoppers solid seasonal sales, with major events like the Summer Shopping Party and Black Friday featuring discounts up to 50% on select items and tiered savings for larger purchases. BlueRewards members get early access and exclusive deals, but some brands and services are usually excluded. Overall, these promotions are a good opportunity to save on beauty favorites.
Which buy now, pay later payment methods does Bluemercury accept?
Bluemercury offers Klarna payment plans on eligible purchases. Customers using Pay in 4 can separate the purchase amount into four scheduled payments. Financing may carry a rate from 0% to 35.99%, while some available plans offer 0% interest. Klarna provides the specific rate and repayment terms for the transaction.
