Our Guide to 2026 Callaway Golf Pre-Owned Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a coupon code at Callaway Golf Pre-Owned?
On the Shopping Cart page under Shopping Cart, locate the Coupon Code box in the middle right labeled Have a Coupon Code? Enter your code and click the plus symbol to apply it to your order.
What is Callaway Golf Pre-Owned's return procedure?
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned offers a solid return policy that gives shoppers peace of mind, especially when buying used golf clubs. Shoppers get a 15-day money-back guarantee for the purchase price of items not used, and a 90-day buy-back program for used clubs with tiered in-store credit or credit card refunds when a new purchase is made. Returns require an RMA and may qualify for a free UPS return shipping label. Orders returned within 15 days or due to an issue like an incorrect order or defective items can qualify for a free return shipping label. Processing can take up to 20 business days, and shipping costs may apply for some returns.
What is Callaway Golf Pre-Owned's shipping policy?
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned charges $9.95 for standard shipping, with delivery estimated in 3 to 7 business days. Rewards members get free shipping on orders over $199. Expedited delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, while express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Custom orders may need 1 extra business day. Post-shipment address changes cost $15 per tracking number.
Does Callaway Golf Pre-Owned run a loyalty program?
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned offers a loyalty program that rewards frequent shoppers with points on purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. This program is a solid choice for golf enthusiasts looking to save money on quality pre-owned clubs and gear. The rewards add up quickly, making it easier to get more value from your purchases and encouraging repeat shopping for the best golf deals.
Does Callaway Golf Pre-Owned support Buy Now, Pay Later?
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned offers Affirm for eligible equipment purchases. Approval may produce a 0% Pay in 4 plan or monthly financing at an APR from 0% to 36%, with a down payment possible. "Pay over time" still means following fixed due dates in the accepted offer. Affirm does not charge late fees, but a loan with interest will cost more than the purchase price even if no payment is late; the repayment total and upfront amount reveal that difference before you commit.
• Source • Source This Pay Later finding is based on our team's live checkout simulation on CallawayGolfPreowned.com.
Are price adjustments available at Callaway Golf Pre-Owned?
Callaway Golf Pre-Owned offers a price protection guarantee if the price drops on their own website within 14 days of your purchase, but it does not match competitor prices. Exclusions apply, including clearance, certain sale items, and third-party purchases, so shoppers should review terms carefully. This policy is helpful for those seeking peace of mind on recent purchases, but its limited scope means it may not benefit everyone.
