How does GolfNow shipping work for gift cards?
GolfNow mailed gift card orders need 2 to 3 business days for processing and printing before shipment. After processing, delivery usually takes about 7 to 10 business days, but timing is not guaranteed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so USPS must be selected for gift cards sent to a PO Box.
GolfNow's order cancellation policy is generally shopper-friendly, allowing you to cancel tee time reservations online and receive a refund as GolfNow credit, which is valid for six months and can be used on Hot Deal bookings. Standard cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, while Hot Deals with Tee Time Protection and GolfPass+ members get more flexibility, including last-minute cancellations up to one hour before play.
GolfPass Points can be earned with a free GolfNow account. Points from a free account can only be redeemed as a discount on a new paid GolfPass membership. For broader use, upgrade to the paid GolfPass+ membership for $119 per year. Unlock $120 in annual tee time credits, issued as $10 each month. Members also enjoy waived fees on up to 12 bookings, bonus rewards points, and other exclusive perks.

Does GolfNow offer price matching?
GolfNow does not price match new tee time reservations to older or existing reservations. Tee time prices can change and are not guaranteed to match the rate charged for an earlier booking, even for the same course or time period. If you make a new reservation after a price change, the newer booking is treated separately and will not be adjusted to match a prior reservation price.
GolfNow offers a valuable perk for Citi cardmembers booking tee times online. Spend $50 to $99.99 in one transaction and get a $10 promo code for future use, or spend $100 or more to receive two $10 promo codes. Promo codes arrive after your round and last for four months.
