Our team notices a trend of category-based and sitewide discounts at CALPAK, typically illustrated through homepage banners or pop-ups. Promo codes appear frequently during these events and are easy to find when active. CALPAK also promotes email sign-ups with a new-subscriber code, adding a loyalty angle to its savings. While a Sale section with ongoing markdowns is available, urgency-driven offers tend to take the spotlight.

Our Guide to 2026 CALPAK Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my Discount Code at CALPAK?
On the CALPAK Checkout Page, find the Discount Code box in the top right, enter the code and click APPLY to redeem the discount before completing checkout.
Can you explain CALPAK's return rules?
CALPAK offers a straightforward return policy for shoppers, allowing returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days, provided products are in original condition and packaging. Personalized and final sale items are not eligible for returns. CALPAK also provides limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, adding extra peace of mind for buyers. Return fees of $12.95 for bags and accessories and $24.95 for luggage apply to orders without return coverage
CALPAK's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, offering free shipping on orders over $75. The company provides Standard, 2-Day, and Overnight options for delivery. Processing is quick, usually 1-3 business days, but for personalized items, allow up to 5 additional business days for processing. Overall, CALPAK delivers flexible and trustworthy shipping for most shoppers.
What changes can customers make to a CALPAK order?
CALPAK begins processing orders immediately to support fast delivery, so cancellations and changes are not always possible after an order is placed. This includes requests to update the shipping address or exchange an item for a different color. Items that are unsuitable after delivery may be returned within 30 days, subject to return eligibility.
Is there a shopper loyalty program at CALPAK?
CALPAK's VIT Rewards Program is a solid choice for frequent shoppers looking to maximize savings and perks on travel gear. The program is free to join and lets members earn points on every purchase, plus extra points for referrals and special occasions. Early access to sales and exclusive gifts add value, making it a worthwhile loyalty program for anyone who regularly shops at CALPAK.
CALPAK frequently offers major seasonal sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, giving shoppers the chance to save up to 60% sitewide. These events usually run from mid-November to early December, and VIT members may get early access. Some exclusions apply, such as final sale items and limited shipping offers, so always check the details before shopping.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later part of CALPAK's options?
CALPAK shoppers can enjoy flexible budgeting with Buy Now Pay Later options through Shop Pay and Klarna, available on orders of $50 or more. Payments are usually split into 4 equal installments, making it easier to manage larger purchases without extra upfront costs.
Is there a price adjustment program at CALPAK?
CALPAK's price match policy is helpful for shoppers who want peace of mind, offering a one-time price adjustment if your item goes on sale within 5 days of purchase, but it only applies to full-priced items bought directly from their website and excludes third-party or social media shops.
CALPAK promotional offers and discount codes come with specific limitations. You cannot redeem any promotion for cash, and you are not allowed to combine multiple offers or discounts on a single order. Additionally, promotional savings do not apply to the purchase of gift certificates. If you have already completed a transaction, you cannot apply a new promotion retroactively, as price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
The free rewards program, CALPAK VIT, makes it easy for shoppers to get exclusive discounts, stackable store credits and insider perks. Once you rack up 400 points, you'll receive a $20 credit.
CALPAK accepts returns of unused items within 30 days. Online returns follow the delivery date, while in-store returns follow the purchase date. Final sale items are not returnable.
