Continuous observation of Caribou Coffee highlights a trend where discounts and rewards flow mainly through the Caribou Coffee loyalty program, with members receiving personalized offers and points for purchases. Public promo codes or general sitewide deals are not a regular feature, while app-based engagement and digital ordering often connect to exclusive savings. The promotions revolve around rewarding repeat customers rather than running frequent general discounts.

Smart Shopping Tip
Join Caribou Perks before you start an auto-ship order so each refill earns points toward free drinks and bakery items. Points expire after 6 months of inactivity, so this works best if you plan to reorder regularly.

Our Guide to 2026 Caribou Coffee Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Coupon Code on Caribou Coffee?
On the Caribou Coffee Shopping Cart page, find the Coupon Code box in the bottom left. Enter your Coupon Code, then click Apply Coupon to update your order total.
What is Caribou Coffee's return policy for merchandise purchases?
Caribou Coffee accepts online returns within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method if items are unopened, in original packaging, and show no visible use, though return shipping fees may apply. Store purchases returned within 90 days with a valid receipt are refunded at the original location or receive store credit at a different location. Returns with no receipt may receive up to $25 in store credit, and final sale and third party items are excluded.
What's the standard shipping policy for Caribou Coffee merchandise orders?
Caribou Coffee offers shoppers a straightforward shipping policy, with orders processed in 2 to 5 business days and several delivery options, including a flat rate and expedited UPS services. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days, which may be slower than some competitors. Free shipping is a nice perk for orders over $45 or qualifying subscriptions, making it easier to save on larger purchases. The policy appears focused on US customers, with limited details on international shipping or PO box restrictions, so shoppers should double-check if they need delivery outside the US. Overall, Caribou Coffee's shipping is reliable and offers good value for those meeting free shipping thresholds, but may not be the fastest option for urgent orders.
Caribou Coffee's Caribou Perks loyalty program is a solid choice for regular customers, offering easy sign-up and rewarding you with points for every dollar spent, especially when using their app or digital card. The program is free and lets you redeem points for popular rewards like free drinks and bakery items, plus you get special perks like a free birthday beverage. Just remember that points expire after six months of inactivity and rewards have a short redemption window, so it's best for shoppers who visit Caribou Coffee often.
Caribou Coffee offers valuable seasonal sales and exclusive deals, especially for Caribou Perks members, making it a smart choice for shoppers seeking savings on coffee, food, and merchandise. Most major discounts and daily offers require joining their free rewards program, so signing up is essential to access the best promotions and maximize your savings throughout the year.
Are Buy Now, Pay Later services at Caribou Coffee?
Caribou Coffee does not accept Buy Now Pay Later payment options on their website or app, so shoppers cannot use services like Afterpay or Klarna for their orders. Only direct payment methods are supported, making it important to plan purchases accordingly and look for other savings or deals.
Shopping Tip for Caribou Coffee Shoppers
