Over multiple check-ins, our team notes recurring bundle offers and percentage-off promotions that do not require codes at DAVIDsTEA. Loyalty perks are woven into the experience, with Frequent Steeper loyalty members regularly receiving exclusive savings and early access to select deals. Clearance and markdown sections are maintained throughout the year, reflecting a steady approach to inventory-based discounts rather than code-driven events.

Our Guide to 2026 DAVIDsTEA Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at DAVIDsTEA?
On the DAVIDsTEA Checkout Page, locate the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to redeem it on your order.
What's DAVIDsTEA's return process?
DAVIDsTEA's return policy is fairly standard, giving shoppers 30 days to return items, but it's important to note that online purchases cannot be returned in-store and final sale items like gift cards and clearance products are non-refundable. Online returns may require extra steps, such as filling out a contact form, and refunds usually go back to the original payment method unless it's unavailable, in which case you'll receive a DAVIDsTEA gift card. The store handles returns individually, so outcomes may vary.
DAVIDsTEA offers reliable shipping, making it a solid choice for tea lovers shopping for deals. Orders are processed in a reasonable timeframe, though delays can occur during busy periods. Free shipping is available on orders over $75, which is a great perk for coupon hunters, but smaller purchases will incur a flat fee.
DAVIDsTEA has a strict order cancellation policy where orders cannot be canceled, changed, or have their shipping or billing addresses updated once placed. While this ensures fast processing and shipping, shoppers should double-check all details before checkout. This policy is important to know for coupon website users looking for flexibility.
DAVIDsTEA's Frequent Steeper loyalty program is a solid choice for regular shoppers, offering 1 point per $1 spent both online and in-store, with easy redemption for savings on future purchases. The 50g bag of tea for every 100 points is a nice perk, and extras like birthday bonuses and early access to new teas add value. However, points do expire after 365 days from the date of purchase, so it's best for those who shop at DAVIDsTEA consistently.
DAVIDsTEA shoppers can enjoy flexible payment options with Buy Now Pay Later services like Zip and Klarna, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free installments over six weeks. This makes it easier to manage your budget and enjoy your favorite teas without paying the full amount upfront.
Does DAVIDsTEA provide a price match guarantee?
DAVIDsTEA does not offer a price match guarantee and does not apply promotions to past orders, so shoppers should look for current deals before purchasing. This policy means you cannot claim a lower price after your purchase.
Registering for the Frequent Steeper club allows members to earn points on every purchase, with 100 points redeemable for one 50g bag of select loose leaf tea.
On eligible loose leaf teas, add multiples of the same 50 g bag to trigger Buy More, Save More. 5 bags get 10% off, 10 get 15% off, and 20 get 20% off.
