What we typically see at Diamond Nexus are sitewide and category discounts featured up front, with coupon codes often required for storewide savings rather than automatic application at checkout. Flash offers with countdown timers are seen regularly, though they are not linked to specific events. Price adjustment policies and financing options appear as additional pricing levers. While coupon codes do pop up, the main savings approach focuses on widely accessible deals complemented by active promotional codes rather than exclusive programs or member pricing.

Our Guide to 2026 Diamond Nexus Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Diamond Nexus?
On the checkout page at Diamond Nexus, find the Promo Code box on the middle right. Enter your Promo Code and click APPLY to apply your savings.
How do returns work at Diamond Nexus?
Diamond Nexus offers a shopper-friendly 30-day return policy, allowing exchanges, store credit, or refunds if items are returned in new condition with all original packaging. US customers get a prepaid shipping label for approved returns, but sale and some international items are excluded. There is a limit of four returns per year and shipping fees are non-refundable. The store stands out with a Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and a Lifetime Stone Guarantee, adding extra peace of mind for jewelry buyers.
Diamond Nexus offers free shipping on U.S. orders over $100, which is great for savvy shoppers looking to save, and they even ship to APO/FPO addresses for military members. Expedited options are available for a fee, and international customers should be aware of additional shipping charges and possible duties or taxes. Orders are custom-made and processed quickly, with tracking provided, making this a reliable and transparent shipping policy for online jewelry buyers.
Diamond Nexus' order cancellation policy is not very shopper-friendly, as the website does not clearly outline how or when you can cancel an order or if there are any fees involved. Orders are processed until shipped, but without specific instructions or deadlines, customers may find it difficult to make changes after purchase. This lack of transparency can be frustrating for coupon hunters looking for flexibility and clear terms.
Diamond Nexus frequently provides shoppers with seasonal sales and exclusive promotions, especially around major holidays. Signing up for their email newsletter can give you early access to deals and special offers not available elsewhere. Their website also has a SALE section where you can find discounted jewelry, making it a smart choice for bargain hunters.
What BNPL options does Diamond Nexus offer?
Diamond Nexus offers two different financing approaches after approval. Affirm may provide a 3-, 6-, 12-, 18- or 36-month loan at 0%–36% APR, with a possible down payment and no late fees. Its soft eligibility inquiry does not lower your credit score, though an accepted loan may be reported. PayPal Credit's promotion on qualifying purchases of $149 or more instead defers interest for six months: the full promotional balance must be cleared by the deadline, or interest applies from the purchase date. Monthly minimums can be insufficient to complete that payoff. PayPal Credit has no annual fee, with other account charges and the standard APR applying where specified.

Does Diamond Nexus offer a price match guarantee?
Diamond Nexus offers a 30-day price match on purchases. If the price of an item drops within 30 days of delivery, Customer Care will adjust the price. Price quotes provided by Customer Care are guaranteed for 30 days from the issue date. Price changes may occur due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets.
How can pendant buyers avoid buying a chain at Diamond Nexus?
Start with a Diamond Nexus pendant when you also need a chain. Pendant purchases include a complimentary 18-inch sterling silver cable chain, so you avoid adding a separate necklace chain and keep the gift complete in one buy.
