Based on our findings at Dossier, tiered discounts for buying more than one item show up right on the homepage and product pages, encouraging shoppers to bundle. Static codes for new customers and a referral offer for friends and family appear reliably, adding extra ways to save. These trends do not hinge on special events, making Dossier's approach to discounts steady and easy to spot for anyone seeking value.

Our Guide to 2026 Dossier Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code on Dossier?
On the Review Order page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your Discount Code in the field and select Apply to apply it to your order.
How does Dossier handle returns?
Dossier's return policy is shopper-friendly, offering a 30-day window to try out full-size fragrances risk-free. Returns are easy even if the bottle has been opened and tested, though samples, candles, and diffusers can't be returned. Shoppers should also keep in mind that a photo of the item is needed in order to authorize the return. Dossier+ members enjoy free returns, while non-members pay a small fee. Refunds are prompt, and returned products are donated, making this a trustworthy and customer-focused policy.
Dossier's shipping policy is straightforward and reliable, making it easy for shoppers to understand what to expect. Shipping is available only in countries where Dossier sells, with US orders shipped via USPS Ground and an express option at checkout. Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1-2 business days, but shipping costs are extra unless you buy three or more items for free shipping. Dossier does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and customers need to ensure their address is correct since the company is not responsible for mis-delivered packages. If your order includes pre-order items, everything ships together once all products are available. Overall, Dossier's policy is clear and fair, but be mindful of shipping fees and address accuracy.
Because orders are processed quickly, Dossier does not allow customers to cancel or change orders once placed. For any issues with an order, Dossier's customer support team will need to be contacted. If Dossier cancels due to out-of-stock items, a full refund is provided quickly. However, for Dossier+ memberships, be aware that unused store credits are lost if a membership is canceled. Overall, this policy is strict, and customers should double check order details before placing an order.
Dossier offers frequent sales and promotions, making it a smart choice for shoppers seeking fragrance deals. Major events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday can bring discounts up to 50% off, while bundle offers and new customer deals add extra value. With daily deals and exclusive Dossier+ member sales, there are regular opportunities to save.
