• How is shipping managed at Etsy?

  Etsy's shipping policy is generally reliable for shoppers, with delivery expected within the estimated timeframe and made-to-order downloads available within a week. Shipping is based on the address you provide at checkout, so double-check details to avoid issues. Note that changes made through messages aren't covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection, and delays from uncontrollable events or unpaid customs fees are not protected. Members get up to $6 in shipping savings on eligible U.S. domestic orders over $15, 5% back in Etsy credit on purchases excluding tax and shipping, access to member-only offers, and Donate the Change matching. Annual members also receive a birthday bonus.

• Does Etsy have a Buy Now, Pay Later program?

  Etsy shoppers can take advantage of Klarna's Buy Now, Pay Later option for orders from $45 to $10,000. Orders up to $2,000 are eligible for four interest-free payments starting at checkout and repeating every two weeks. For larger purchases up to $10,000, Klarna offers extended financing from 6 to 36 months with interest rates set by Klarna. Approval is required and late fees may apply if payments are missed.
