Our research indicates that Favor relies heavily on personalized and location-specific promotions, with promotional codes, order credits, and delivery-fee waivers appearing through the app, push notifications, and email. These offers are often time-limited and may be restricted to particular customers, merchants, dates, or service areas rather than being available sitewide. Favor currently offers Favor Gold, a paid subscription that provides ongoing benefits such as $0 delivery fees on eligible orders, reduced service fees, discounts, and member-only promotions. Favor also offers various individual promotional and reward offers, but we found no current official evidence supporting a separate invitation-only loyalty program based on completing a set number of orders.

Our Guide to 2026 Favor Shopping Policies
How can you cancel a Favor order?
Favor orders can be canceled in the app before the Runner arrives at the store or restaurant. To cancel, open the active order, tap the question mark icon, and select the cancel option if available. If the order has already been accepted or prepared, cancellation may no longer be allowed. In some cases, a cancellation fee can apply, and the app will clearly notify users before the request is finalized.
Favor Gold is a paid membership program that offers shoppers perks like unlimited $0 delivery fees on select orders, exclusive H-E-B coupons, reduced service fees, and extra restaurant savings. While the monthly fee may not suit everyone, frequent users can find real value, especially with the added birthday rewards and automatic benefit application.
The H-E-B Visa Signature Credit Card from Favor Delivery is a solid choice for shoppers who want unlimited cash back on Favor orders and H-E-B brand purchases, plus added security and travel benefits for peace of mind.
New customers can get 60% off their first order of $15 or more, up to $15 off, by entering the promo code at checkout. It cannot be combined with other discounts, and taxes, gratuity, and fees still apply.
