Our Guide to 2026 FitFlop Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promo Code at FitFlop?

On the Your bag page, find the Promo Code field in the upper right under Add a promo code. Enter your code and select APPLY to add it to your order.

• What should I know about returns at FitFlop?

Fitflop offers a shopper-friendly return policy with free returns and exchanges using a convenient online portal, making it easy for customers to send back unworn items within 28 days of receiving their order. The process is paperless and requires secure packaging, and refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within two weeks. While initial shipping fees are not refunded, there are no restocking fees, and returns must be sent to the warehouse, not physical stores.

• How is shipping managed at FitFlop?

FitFlop's shipping policy is straightforward but not the most budget-friendly for coupon shoppers, with standard shipping costing $8.95 and limited to the US only. Delivery is quick for most locations, though Hawaii and Alaska take longer. There's no shipping to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or US territories, and expedited shipping comes at a higher price.

• Does FitFlop give special customer discounts?

FitFlop offers a generous 15% discount on full-priced products or 18% off orders over $175 for students, seniors, and essential workers, including healthcare professionals, military, first responders, social workers, and teachers, making it a great deal for those groups. Shoppers need to verify their status through Gocertify to access the savings. These discounts cannot be used on sale items.

• What should I know about canceling at FitFlop?

FitFlop's order cancellation policy is strict and does not allow any cancellations or changes once an order is placed, so shoppers should double-check their cart before completing a purchase. This no-cancellation rule applies to all orders with no exceptions or special cases, making it important to be certain before you buy.
