• How can I cancel a Jared order?

Jared orders cannot be edited after placement. You may cancel within one hour through the Order Status page if the cancellation option is still displayed. Once that option disappears, the order has reached the fulfillment center and cannot be canceled. Cancellation may leave a pending hold on your bank issued credit card or Jared account for two to five business days, reducing available funds. Canceled items may not be available to buy again immediately.

Most plans let you split payments into four interest-free installments, while larger purchases may be financed over longer periods, sometimes with interest. Jared's price match policy is a solid benefit for shoppers looking to save on loose diamonds, as it allows you to get the best price compared to other physical jewelry stores if you provide proof within 30 days. However, the policy does not apply to online-only retailers or to items other than loose diamonds, so it's best for those focused on diamond purchases and willing to do a bit of research.
