Through close tracking, we observe that Jostens periodically releases promo codes for select categories such as class rings or yearbooks, with these offers appearing intermittently and requiring manual entry at checkout. Sitewide or broad category markdowns do not emerge as a consistent pattern, and member-exclusive pricing is not a regular feature. Savings opportunities tend to coincide with specific marketing or ordering windows rather than any ongoing or predictable promotional schedule.

Our Guide to 2026 Jostens Shopping Policies
Where can I enter my redemption code at Jostens?
At Jostens, on the Shopping Cart page, locate the box labeled Redemption Codes & Special Offers in the middle right. Enter your code and click Apply to redeem your offer.
What is Jostens' return procedure?
Jostens has a strict return policy that does not allow refunds or returns on most personalized items such as yearbooks and graduation products, which is important for shoppers to know before ordering. The company will not cover mistakes made by customers during personalization, so double-check your order details. However, damaged or defective products can be replaced, and select jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty that includes free repairs and adjustments. This policy is typical for custom products but offers good support for quality issues.
Jostens offers a range of shipping options with standard U.S. delivery taking about 7-10 business days and express shipping available for faster delivery at an extra cost. Shipping fees depend on the product, and some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Manufacturing times also vary, so shoppers should plan ahead for custom or specialty items.
Jostens' order cancellation policy is strict and varies by product, so shoppers should act quickly if they need to change or cancel an order. Most items have a very short free cancellation window, sometimes just 24 hours, and fees can apply after that. Direct-shipped products may not be cancelable at all. Be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Jostens runs seasonal sales during key times like graduation season in spring, back-to-school in late summer, and major events such as Black Friday. Shoppers can find promo codes offering dollar-off savings, like $50 off $200, or percentage-based discounts on class jewelry, graduation accessories, and diploma frames. These deals provide meaningful savings on milestone purchases.
What are BNPL options at Jostens?
Jostens offers BNPL through Afterpay and PayPal Credit to help you spread payments. Afterpay lets you split purchases into interest-free installments or choose a monthly plan on eligible orders. PayPal Credit is also available, with terms and limits set by each provider at checkout. Eligibility, approval, and payment schedules are determined by each service. Not all items may qualify, so check each provider during checkout for exact options.

Shopping Tips for Jostens Shoppers
Does can shoppers lower the replacement cost of yearbooks at Jostens?
Add Jostens Yearbook Protection to get one replacement for loss, theft, or damage during the student's lifetime at a reduced printing charge.
How can shoppers lower ring replacement costs at Jostens?
Check Jostens Standard Protection. This includes one reduced-cost same-or-similar replacement if class jewelry is lost or stolen within 4 years of the original ship date.
