In our experience, we spot sitewide and category-level discounts promoted through homepage banners and checkout codes at Julep, creating a constant flow of public offers. Bundle pricing and Buy More Save More incentives appear frequently, nudging shoppers toward larger carts. Loyalty-based rewards provide ongoing opportunities to earn points for future savings. Julep's deals revolve around accessible promotions and repeatable loyalty perks rather than rare or invitation-only discounts.

Our Guide to 2026 Julep Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Julep?
Find the Julep Discount Code box in the upper right of the Checkout/Your Cart Page on Julep. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
What return guidelines does Julep have?
Julep's return policy is fairly standard and shopper-friendly, allowing exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase, though shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are usually processed within 14 business days. Customers get a pre-paid return label, which adds convenience. Damaged or incorrect items can be resolved through their automated portal or email support.
Julep offers a straightforward shipping policy that benefits shoppers looking for value and convenience, with free shipping on USA orders over $40 and a reasonable flat rate for smaller purchases. Orders are processed quickly on business days and shipped via FedEx SmartPost, usually arriving within a week. Delivery times are estimates, so plan ahead.
Julep's order cancellation policy is strict, as orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed, which may be inconvenient for shoppers who change their minds or make mistakes. This policy means shoppers should double-check their carts and details before completing a purchase on Julep.com.
Club Julep Rewards starts with a free 30-day trial and then costs $16.95 per month. You join by making a purchase on the Julep website and accepting the offer on the order confirmation page. Membership includes 10% cash back at Julep and its Family of Brands, 5% cash back at more than 1,200 marketplace retailers, 5% cash back on airfare and hotels at 80 plus travel booking sites, and shipping and return shipping rebates.
Julep regularly offers seasonal sales like their Mid Summer Sale, with sitewide discounts often ranging from 35% to 45% off. Shoppers can expect significant savings on a variety of products, though these deals typically cannot be combined with other promotions. While exact sale dates vary, Julep is a reliable source for periodic beauty discounts throughout the year.
Can Julep purchases be paid for over time?
Eligible Julep orders of $35 or more qualify for Shop Pay Installments through Affirm at checkout. After you select Shop Pay Installments, Affirm conducts an eligibility check with no impact on credit scores and, if approved, presents the payment plans available for your purchase. Availability and eligibility may vary by state and other factors. Payment options may include interest-free installments, while other plans may carry interest; applicable terms and costs are shown at checkout.
Can Julep customers combine a promo code with a free-shipping offer?
Shoppers can only apply one promotional offer or discount code to a single purchase. However, you can combine a single promo code with the automatic free shipping offer, which is automatically applied to all orders totaling over $40 without requiring any coupon code.
Start in Julep's Value Sets when you need more than one item. Kits like an eyeliner trio are priced at $30 instead of $42 or a contour trio at $40 instead of $60.
Excludes The Salon at Ulta Beauty, Ear Piercing, Skin Bar at Ulta Beauty and Benefit Brow Bar services, CHANEL, No1 DE CHANEL, Dyson, Early Black Friday Deals, Black Friday Deals, 5 for $5, 5 for $10, Beauty Deals, Beauty Steals, gift card purchases, or clearance.
