Our Guide to 2026 KaTom Shopping Policies

Can you explain KaTom's return rules?
KaTom offers a 30-day return window for unused, regularly stocked items, but shoppers should be aware that all returns must be in new condition with original packaging and will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Certain items like custom orders, closeouts, perishable goods, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within a few days, making this policy less flexible and potentially costly for buyers seeking easy returns.

What should I know about KaTom shipping?
KaTom's shipping policy is fairly standard for an online restaurant supply store, offering UPS for smaller items and freight carriers for larger orders, with service to the US, US Territories, and select international locations. Free shipping is available on certain orders, usually for ground shipping within the contiguous US and often with a minimum spend. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and international buyers must handle freight forwarding.
