Close review of Keen's site reveals that discounts tend to be advertised around select categories or collections, often connected to limited-time offers or special eligibility groups. Discount codes appear but do not follow a predictable schedule. Clearance and last chance sections are a persistent feature, offering markdowns on outgoing stock. The store is home to measured, category-driven promotions rather than sitewide or frequent discounting. The Keen Corps Rewards program and Pro program offer additional ways to save.

Buy when your size is available, then watch for a sale. Keen's 14-day price adjustment refunds the difference if the exact style, color, and size drop in price after your order.

Our Guide to 2026 Keen Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Keen?
On the Express Checkout Shipping page, find the Discount Code field in the upper right. Enter your code and select Apply to add it to your order.
What's the standard return policy at Keen?
Keen's return policy is shopper-friendly with a straightforward 30-day window for returns on keenfootwear.com orders, offering free return shipping within the lower 48 states. Items placed with a warranty code or a Pro discount must be new and unworn, but original packaging is not required within the timeframe. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, although shipping charges aren't refunded. Returns from other retailers aren't accepted, and exchanges are limited to size swaps only. Keen also stands behind its products with a one-year warranty, making it a reliable choice.
Keen offers reliable shipping within the United States, including P.O. boxes and outlying areas. Standard shipping is available for a fee unless your order exceeds a certain amount, in which case shipping is free, making it a good deal for larger purchases. Delivery times are reasonable, with faster options for an extra cost. Keen ships only on business days and cannot split orders to multiple addresses.
Keen offers exclusive discounts for military members, veterans, first responders, government employees, nurses, students, and teachers, who can verify their status through ID.me, making it a great way for eligible shoppers to save on quality footwear. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
Keen shoppers should know that once you place an order, it cannot be canceled or changed after the 15-minute window because processing starts right away. If cancellation is not possible, you will need to wait for delivery before taking further action.
The Keen Corps Rewards Program lets shoppers earn coins through simple actions like creating a free account, shopping, volunteering, and sharing good deeds. Members can then redeem 100 coins for a $10 credit. The program also gives access to online-only discounts and special sales, which makes it a good fit for people who shop often.
Keen offers shoppers solid savings during seasonal sales like Memorial Day and Keen Days, where select styles are discounted by 25%. Their dedicated Sale section often features deals up to 50% off. These offers are limited-time, apply only to certain items and cannot be combined with other coupons or pro deals, making it smart to shop early.
Does Keen have a Buy Now, Pay Later program?
Keen makes it easier to shop for shoes and outdoor gear by offering Buy Now Pay Later through Shop Pay Installments. Shoppers can split their purchase into four interest-free payments billed every two weeks with a simple soft credit check and no extra fees.

Are price match or adjustment policies offered at Keen?
Keen offers shoppers a fair price adjustment policy if an item you bought goes on sale within 14 days of your order. The item must match exactly in style, number, color, and size, and you need to contact Keen within the 14-day window with your order details to receive a refund of the price difference.
Can I recover KEEN Corps coins after a missed sign-in?
If you checked out without signing in, email info@keenfootwear.com and ask for your KEEN Corps coins to be added. That helps preserve progress toward your next $10 credit.
