What should I know about returns at LA Police Gear?
LA Police Gear offers shoppers a generous 60-day return policy for new products, allowing returns for store credit, refund, or exchange, which is great for flexibility. However, be aware that a $12 return shipping fee may apply unless the item is defective or an error was made by the store. Refunds are processed to your original payment method if returned within 45 days, otherwise you receive store credit that expires after 90 days. Their 1-year warranty and Hero Guarantee add extra confidence for buyers.
How is shipping managed at LA Police Gear?
LA Police Gear offers reliable shipping across the US, including APO/FPO addresses, mainly using USPS and FedEx. Orders usually ship quickly, often the same day if placed early. Shoppers should note that most shipping costs are their responsibility, with a $6 economy option on orders of $125 or more, but free shipping is limited and does not cover oversized items.
What special deals does LA Police Gear offer?
LA Police Gear offers an additional 5% discount for military customers with code MILITARY at checkout. Many prices are already discounted for all shoppers, and some products may include free promotional items or free shipping. Large government orders over $500 may qualify for better pricing by contacting LA Police Gear's Purchase Order Specialist.
What's LA Police Gear's cancellation process?
LA Police Gear's order cancellation policy is strict, as cancellations are not guaranteed once orders are processed or shipped. Shoppers should contact customer service immediately to try to cancel, but if the order cannot be stopped, it must be returned under the standard return policy and may incur a restocking fee. This policy favors quick decision-making and may not be ideal for those who change their minds often.
Does LA Police Gear run a loyalty program?
The LAPG Freedom Rewards program is a solid loyalty option for regular shoppers at LA Police Gear, letting you earn points on every purchase and through brand engagement. With tiered rewards, you can unlock better point rates and perks like birthday bonuses, referral credits, and free shipping at higher levels. Redemption is straightforward, making it a worthwhile choice for those looking to save on future gear and apparel orders.
Is LA Police Gear known for big storewide sales?
LA Police Gear offers shoppers frequent seasonal sales with attractive discounts like up to 50% off and buy-one-get-one-free deals, making it a solid choice for savings on tactical gear. However, many top brands are excluded from these promotions and only one coupon can be used per order, so shoppers should check exclusions and plan purchases during active sales for the best value.
Does LA Police Gear price match?
LA Police Gear matches a lower advertised price from an authorized reseller when the item is currently sold on LA Police Gear, in stock on the competitor's site and exactly the same by details such as color and size. The competitor must be open to the general public and the product must be new and unused. Closeouts, clearance sales, advertising errors, auction sites, unauthorized resellers and combinations with other sales or promotions are excluded.
Which brands do not qualify for LA Police Gear promo codes?
Percentage-off coupons and promotional discounts do not apply to all products or brands. Several major manufacturers are excluded from these promotional offers. Excluded brands include 5.11 Tactical, Surefire, Galco, Arc'teryx, Under Armour, Oakley, Bates, and Aimpoint. When applying a promo code to an order, these specific brands will not receive the discount.
