Based on our experience, bundled promotions like free add-ons with purchase appear frequently at Lectric eBikes, though the brand also features seasonal sales events and select markdowns on bikes and accessories. Promo codes and limited-time offers may appear during these periods, but are not always the primary savings driver. Lectric eBikes also offers a Very Important Pedaler program, though it focuses on rider milestones rather than traditional points-based loyalty incentives. Overall, the store’s savings tend to lean on bundled extras and event-based promotions rather than consistent sitewide codes or ongoing markdown cycles.

Our Guide to 2026 Lectric eBikes Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Lectric eBikes?
On the Checkout page at Lectric eBikes, find the Discount Code field in the upper right and enter your code. Click Apply to apply the Discount Code to your order.
How do returns work at Lectric eBikes?
Lectric eBikes has a 14-day return policy. Orders canceled before shipment qualify for a full refund, while returns after shipping require shoppers to cover return shipping costs and may include a restocking fee of up to $300. Bikes must be unused and in original packaging, and accessories or apparel are not eligible for return. The one-year warranty covers most components but excludes wear items and water damage, with warranty shipping provided at no cost. This policy is less flexible than many competitors.
Lectric eBikes offers free shipping on bikes within the contiguous US, making it a good value for most shoppers, but be aware that accessories and smaller orders may have shipping fees. Orders are shipped within 2 to 10 business days and tracking is provided, though it can take several days to update. They do not ship internationally or to PO boxes, and bulk or freight orders may incur extra costs, so review the policy before purchasing.
Lectric eBikes provides a $50 military discount for eligible US military members, making it a solid choice for those looking to save on electric bikes. Shoppers need to verify their military status online to receive a one-time discount code. While this offer cannot be stacked with other promo codes, it can be combined with seasonal sales by contacting customer support, adding extra value for savvy buyers.
Lectric eBikes offers a shopper-friendly order cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel for a full refund before your order ships or before you receive a tracking email. After shipment, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are not refunded. Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before shipping for a full refund. Some users report possible reroute or restocking fees after shipment, so it's best to decide before your order is sent. This policy is straightforward and fair for most coupon shoppers, but be mindful of extra fees if you cancel late.
Lectric eBikes rewards loyal customers with its Very Important Pedalers (VIP) program, recognizing riders who reach impressive mileage milestones like 10,000 miles with personalized awards. While the program requires proof of purchase and odometer verification, it adds a fun incentive for frequent riders.
Lectric eBikes offers shoppers solid savings during major holiday sales like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Memorial Day, with discounts often ranging from 10% to 20% and occasional free accessory bundles or deals on batteries and helmets. Seasonal spring and fall sales also provide week-long opportunities to save, making it worthwhile to wait for these events if you want the best value.
Shopping Tip for Lectric eBikes Shoppers
