• What is Performance Bicycle's shipping policy?

Performance Bicycle offers a flexible shipping policy including delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99 in the contiguous US, and a flat $4.99 rate applies to smaller items. Delivery times are reasonable.

• Can I cancel an order at Performance Bicycle?

Performance Bicycle allows order cancellations only before the order has shipped. To cancel, log into your account and use the "My Cancelable Orders" option under the "My Account" tab. Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, you must wait for the item to arrive and follow the standard return process.

• Does Performance Bicycle run a loyalty program?

Performance Bicycle offers a free VIP Rewards Program that rewards frequent shoppers with tiered benefits. Members earn points on eligible purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Higher tiers such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum unlock extra perks like exclusive savings and extended return periods. The program provides great value for loyal cyclists who want to save more and enjoy ongoing member-only offers on quality gear and accessories.

• Does Performance Bicycle have large promotional events?

Performance Bicycle runs seasonal and promotional sales, including events such as its Summer Sale and Black Friday promotions. Discounts vary by product and promotion, so advertised savings can change. The retailer also offers a VIP Rewards Program, with program-specific benefits and terms. Signing up for promotional emails can help you stay informed about new sales and offers. Check the current promotion and VIP terms for eligibility, exclusions, rewards, and return-policy details.

• Does Performance Bicycle join Buy Now, Pay Later programs?

Performance Bicycle's Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm and PayPal give shoppers flexible ways to pay for bikes and gear. Affirm offers monthly payments with APRs from 0% to 36% depending on credit, while PayPal splits payments into interest-free installments for up to six months. Approval is quick and easy, with no hard credit checks, but payment terms and down payments can vary based on the order. This makes it easier to budget for bigger purchases, but shoppers should review terms carefully to avoid unexpected costs.

• Does Performance Bicycle allow price adjustments after purchase?

Performance Bicycle no longer offers a price match policy, which may disappoint shoppers seeking the lowest price guarantee, but you can still find savings through their discount coupon codes, VIP membership program, and newsletter sign-up offers.
